In a recent survey on the state of data security, only a quarter of cybersecurity leaders said they are 'very confident' about their organizations' ability to prevent a data breach or loss in the next six months. That means three out of four respondents have at least some concerns about their protection.
Yet only a little more than half (56%) of respondents said they are very likely to make an enterprise data loss prevention (DLP) platform investment soon.2 Clearly, there's a big gap between what leaders want to do and what they plan to do. What's behind the inertia?
